Tuesday Afternoon

Do you think that this looks cute?

Well two-legs does. She thought that he was so cute that she went to swim with him and his friends - and left me behind with two Schnauzers. Sure they are good friends of mine I've known for years, and sure their humans fed me the specially-home-cooked food that they make three times a day, and sure I got to go and sniff out a nice new yard, but that doesn't matter. I was left behind for this squeaking flip-turning oddity of the seas. I bet he couldn't raid the wastepaperbasket for tissues, chew them up and get fur everywhere! I bet he wouldn't know what to do with a sheep if one came up and said 'baaaaa' to him!

Well they came back - they must've missed me!

Oh Charlie, that's not right. That creature wouldn't be able to do half the things you can do.
At least your pinky had the good sense to come back.

Well really swimming with dolphins when they could be playing with you Charlie, what is the world coming too? Sad state of affairs, at least they came to their senses and returned. We has a new brother. We gots him from the Animal Shelter and they said he is a Great Pyrenees mix, but honestly they know nothing about his parentage. We says he is a mutt, but a very cute one. ~Socks, Scylla, Charybdis and (our brother) Fenris

Your Mom should have brought you along so that you could meet that big cute fish...

Humans abandon us for the strangest reasons. We're glad yours came back to you. It would be a lot of work to train another human to take her place.

What is that thing? I hopes it is not gonna come live with you!

It is just so wrong isn't it....that they leave us when ever they feel like it...but if we leave and don't tell them they go into a panic. Tis double standards......and for a fish!!! Okay, so its a mammal but it's still a fish to me

Charlie -- you have given us some very wonderful ideas, we can hardly wait to "try them out" !

PS our human is awfully envious that apparently your human got to swim with the dolphins, she has always and forever wanted to do that...

Humans, I tell you! My maid cheated on us with one of those things too a few years ago!!!!
We are sorry if visiting is low..... we are hardly doing ANY visiting these days, the maid says "tomorrow we'll start visiting again" and then NOTHING happens....
So I just sleep a lot, Notty goes hunting, Luna plays with Tintin and Mrs. OZ supervises everything.

Hmm, Charlie or Flipper? Our pannel of gave 8 paws and two hands up for Charlie.

That is a wonderful picture of you at the park. You look so sirene. Hopefully you have had plenty of good weather. We know there has been plenty of rain in Northern Australia and we are all still watching out for those in Melbourne.

I think we poochies make much better pets than whales, or sharks, or dolphins, or whatever he is!!!

Charlie,
They will always come back! Soft, fluffy fur wins everytime. I think it would be kind of difficult to cuddle up with a dolphin on the couch.

With two boys and three cats, and cream carpets - I used to spend a lot on cans of carpet cleaner.

Not now, every couple of years I buy a new bar of Sard Wonder Soap and it lives on a saucer on a laundry shelf.

We just wet a rag or old washcloth and rub on some Sard and it takes all the marks out of the carpet. I think we have probably been doing this for about 8 years now. Dirt cheap and an excellent product. We get it from Coles.

Of course you are still on top of their list! But you have to admit the dolphin is quite cute though.

yeah agree ... sea creature oddity may be adorably cute but it won't be half as accomplished as you are!
